Which do you prefer then: ozonated or Ionized Water ? Can both be taken together everyday and can both be taken long-term (forever)? I've already ordered an ozonator. Would you recommend a machine Water Ionizer or those bottled alkaline boosters (where you put a few drops in distilled water to raise it's PH)? Thanks for the info.
