Hi, I am a new member and I hope I can get more info on "spurs on top of big toes". My big toes are so painful - and I love to dance. I am hoping someone out there has found either special shoes or special padding I could use in my shoes. I also have spurs on the top of both feet. It's getting more difficult to dance and my walk is also changing. Can anyone offer some suggestions. Thanks,
