I've been using a sauna the last few days. So far it seems to make my hair good. I'm worried that in the long run it might make it bad though. Anyone have any experience with sauna's? or heard interesting info about them and hairloss?

I'm using a steam sauna by the way, not a FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) sauna.
