I have done the Liver Flush several times. You can sustitute (or just add)liquid fruit pectin for grapefruit juice and super dieters tea for epsom salt. I get best results by taking 1 gram of niacin first thing in the morning. I had pain at first with niacin until I did the flush with fruit pectin and that cleared the blockage that caused the pain. Adding niacin is a major improvement and I always pass more stones when I use it.

Also, you can take grapefruit juice, olive oil, and niacin every day without without any laxative and pass stones.
