I use coconut oil for:

- take 2 tablespoons if I am constipated
- internally for detox
- externally as deodorant
- externally for insect bites (we have a lot of mosquitos)
- externally as massage oil, it is the best for me and my family

If you have eczema, it is best to dip your skin in very hot water to allow the eczematic fluid to flow out and disinfect your wound at the same time to prevent secondary infections.
