i had to take pepto bismal for a month (three chewables a day)
i guess in essence thats not too much, but now that i'm learnin aluminium is so toxic im worried about its effects on my system. are tehre things i should be looking for or am i overreacting|? will my body easily rid itself of this|?

would you recommend i do a heavy metal detox|? and also, what specificly would it be effecting negativly...liver? kidneys?

also, the reason i did it was i was supposed to stack that with a garlic pill 3 times a day to rid of stomach bloating and whatnot...
