Wow-- thanks for your great posts. Like the others here, I find it so insipiring and comforting to read about successes like yours. I can't wait to feel that good!! You really hit the nail on the head when you described "false cravings"...I've found that I still like to be around food. Everyday I've had my boyfriend over for dinner just so I could help prepare the food and then watch him eat. I think I am freaking him out. ;-)

I am now on Day 6 of my first MC, and I would like to do 18-20 days. (Unfortunately I cannot do more because of travel obligations). Was this your first MC, or have you done it before?

After reading through posts on the combination between Master-Cleanse and liver flushes, I now am excited to do a flush at the end of the MC. I was wondering though...aren't you supposed to eat the morning the flush routine starts? Or do you just have a few lemonades?
