I also had the swelling problem, it was because of some still unknown vuirus I contracted in Afrika.The doctors couldn't help me
as it was a "too much broad spectrum".All my joints were swollen
and I had temperature for 5 months.I don't take any pills and each year it is better.In winter, it is worse, in summer- it vanishes.I still don"t know what it is.
How to loose your weight ? Eat less, or nothing,for 7 days.
Than you may eat sth, but very little.After a month it starts to be visible .
