Can you give anymore details on the symptoms? If eating causes it everytime, its probably an insulin spike/blood Sugar problem. Try a Google search for Hypoglycemia or Low Blod Sugar. Or diabetes. Anxiety, sweating, heart pounding are symptoms of all that. Is "the wrong thing" by any chance something high in sugar/carbs? Banana could possibly do it if you're that sensitive.
