Oh yeah, Somer's SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) method is to dissolve the 2 teaspoons
of uniodized salt in a small amount of water, swig it down
like a shot, and then drink the rest of the water from the
initial quart amount by itself~~

Sometimes changing salt will make a difference too...
