Tithe isn't the pastors money.

Malachi is the last book of the old testament. 3:10 says, Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse,(that's not the pastor's pocket). It's the conference that pays the pastors salary. That way a pastor of poor people gets the same salary as the pastor of rich people.

Missionaries get support, hospitals get built. That money does God's work.
