For the first couple of days I took the herbal tea at night and then the salt water flush in the morning. This is my 2nd cleanse. My first cleanse the salt water flush worked very well. This time its not working well. But the herbal tea is working. I do have a nice movement in the morning just taking the herbal tea. My question is this...Is the herbal tea good enough to cleane you out or do you REALLY need the salt water flush? And also..is it better to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) with warm water or cold? I've been doing it with cold.
