Hmmm, looks like I'm going to have to sneak some petworm inot the catfood on the sly. My parents are totally against cleanses, and think I'm mad.
Quick question - did you do your bowel cleanse, before, during or after the humaworm?
As for the clay- I did one cup of psyllium and bentonite in the am for a month and felt wonderful. It really does clean you out. I did something similar to the Clarkia at the same time, but took it 1 hour after the psyllium and bentonite. Thoroughly recommend putting apple juice in the P&B mixture to make it taste better. The first 3 days I was quite into the bland taste, but after that my palate went - yuck! Then the apple juice helped.
