Oh deary me, I'd been recommended Solaray's CalMagZinc for my cal deficiency on good faith! Where do you find the information that it isnt really absorbable?

Where can one go to find out the best forms and sources of supplements?
Thats something that Ive been wondering for a very long time.

What happens if one takes the inabsorbable form?
Is it just excreted?

This makes everything much more confusing!
