Hello Pepe!

Your name fits you!! You made my day with your post. What an uplifting story! I am trying to psyche myself up and get ready for the MC. You have pushed me forward! But, I have a couple of questions. During your 40 day cleanse, how did you handle situations when you were "expected" to eat---I have a husband who likes for me to eat with him.
Also, how did you handle your cravings?
