You sound like you're plugged up!! Have you done a good bowel cleanse??

The epson salts will get things moving, you can take them nightly as far as I know. As long as you can stand the taste.

Did you do the cleanse with drinking the epson salts twice then the oil/juice, and next morning 2 more doses of epson salts?

I'm not sure what your doing with the yogurt...

On the average I lose about 10lb over night because the epson salts draw out all the retained water in my system, and flush out the stones. Make sure you get the 4 doses of epson salt/water.
