My aunt makes a mean raw curried kale. It is massaged so that it is wilty and soft. Delicious!

I think there is a recipe for "molested kale" floating around curezone somewhere...

There are two different opinion camps on this issue, you will find some people on each side. It's up to you to research and decide for yourself.
