ok i went and did another Liver Flush over last weekend on saturday. NOTHING (zero stones) and i had ateeny tiny BM.
i am starting to get bloated and the pain in my side has come back. It had gone away since the first flush i had.....ok ok ok
I did flush no.#1 a couple weeks ago , did not have any signs of stones just a lot of (ground beef looking stuff) , then a night or two later used Epsom Salts for laxative , used a yogurt enema and had an excellent bm with some green mucoid plaque that was total relief,, i felt light for days like i was walking on air u know when you are walking and you feel like you could take off running ,,, and then run like the wind(extremely light).


NOW i did a second liver cleanse very little bm , then a little watery, so i repeated the first cleanse with the Epsom Salt and yogurt,,, and NOthing ! not even a bm so im getting bloated and backed up the pain has come back and i feel more then heavy...
i have been drinking some apple juice and this subsides the pain a little.
OK SOOO... i am thinking i will go ahead and do another Liver Flush this friday , (i want to think maybe the stones got stuck?????)
i used psyllium husk and Bentonite clay yesterday evening (wednesday) and hoping to have bm today.

anyone have thoughts on this? or the same thing happened?

( i belive i passed a flatworm though, i looked very closely and it had diamand shaped head so(ewww) i think so though ,,, maybe im just more backed up then i think.
other then that i am doing ok and i will get down to it and get it right. the first Liver Flush after everything done i did lose 2and a half pounds that stayed off for that whole two weeks,, i was feeling great!!! my whole body was very light ,, now i am back to feeling heavy and sluggish again ,, but i know if i felt like that after that first flush I will again till later jenny
