Or depending on space, the bathroom can be good.
Light is only really needed at the end of sprouting to green them up - which isn't necessary for just the soaking of beens/seeds/nuts.
There is full-spectrum lighting for any bulb-base these days in a vast array of configurations....From a lighting catalogue you will want lighting with a CRI over 90 {Colour Rendition Index} and Colour Temp of over 5000°K to be effectively 'Full Spectrum'.
In fact, the pinkish Gro-Lights are more for seed germinating/sprouting {due to the Infra-Red in heating the soil} than Full-Spectrum lighting which is for photosynthesis and greening of the plant.
