Meticulous is what the sun in virgo most often implies, as Inv mentions. Tho other aspects can evan blot out this most often seen trait.

All signs have imature aspects, intermediate aspects and advanced aspects. So no sign is good or bad ect. And as Inv mentions if you are interested in using astrology for character analysis you might start with looking at the sun, moon and rising sign (aka the ascendant) of the person.
