No Hanna, I've never read nor heard of anyone taking 4 Oxypowder capsules three times a day. The directions state once a day, and begin with 4 capsules. But the directions for Colosan state that for initial cleasning, it may be taken 2 or 3 times a day. I just thought.....why not Oxypowder ? It is very gentle. Don't you find it so? I believe that Oxypowder may be a superior product since they use Vegicaps, whereas Colosan doesn't. It shows a health minded company....WY
