Yes, you could take the Epsom Salt as an enema. I take the ES enema weekly. But, to do a liver flush, take it orally. Look at it this way. It only has a yucky taste for a second and then it's over. Then you take the olive oil mixture, so to sleep, wake up, take the EP again and by 8 in the morning, it's all over! It's so simple, yet so healthy for you!
