Hi:
Last night after so many months I had a very bad headache. I thought, I was just tired and tried to sleep. But could not sleep the whole night.
I have read Barefoot suggesting Epsom Salts, for an intestinal purge to cure cold/flu symptoms. So I decide to try some Castor Oil for my intestinal purge, instead of ES.

I mixed 50ML CO + 100 ML Orange Juice. Drank the mix upon waking up from my headache. Yeah, I had plenty of BMs and in less than 2 hours, my headache is GONE!. I am not feeling weak, sick achey anything. The diarrhea from CO is not so bad. I can handle it.

I had no idea that cleaning my intestines, could cure my headache/ and oncoming flu....
I am learning so much from Curezone...

Just my message, "keep your intestines clean"...
