Thanks for useful info. I've read the Oxypowder site on how it works and such, but the cleanse only lasts 7 days, I don't know, but it doesn't seems to be long enough for an extremely thorough cleaning. I'm not only ooncerned about achieving a very clean colon, but also the frequency of BMs I have per day, which is only at one usually. Even with all the P&B shakes I did for 1-2 months, around 3-4 per day didn't restore regularity, I don't know how to fix that.

Anyway, how does Oxypowder compare to P&B Shakes in effectiveness? How long would a thorough cleaning take?
