I would have to say of all the things I've ever done for my health, the greatest thing was to get a juicer.

I have two now. A Juiceman Jr. and a Samson 9001. I like the Samson the best, but it costs over twice as much.

I juice every day. It makes me much more stable and keeps me from drinking beer.
