for someone this young, the cure seems obvious. hydration is key. this is fully addressed by the Water Cure , pioneered by dr batmanghelidje. then the diet. fresh and raw. no dairy, no sweets, lots and lots of fruit(no canned or cooked). i realize the pressure to eat captain crunch and mcdonalds and chips ahoy, but that is why children have parents - to make those decisions for them instead of the other way around.
