Michael,

Don't forget to do the other cleanses too. If you do all the Dr Clark flushes in order you will greatly maximize your results. With out the other flushes you could get quite ill from the liver flush. I have a friend who rushed into her Liver Flush and got away with it the first time, but after the second one she had such a GB attack that her hubby had to take her to the ER for pain relief. It may not happen to everyone, but why take a chance like that?
