I had problems with thinning hair. After doing all the cleanups I'n not losing any. I'm currently using Avalon organics biotin b -complex shampoo - mostly 70% organic no sls.

for the thyroid use kelp here is the link from Morless website on it. It has tons of minerals and inexpensive stuff.
