If Magnesium is good for your hart and Gallbladder why would it give me a hard time? When I was on those antacids that constituted mostly of some sort of Magnesium, I had those tightness or a contraction like feeling under my right rib cage. When I took Magnesium Oxide as a laxative the symptoms came back. That is why I wondered if the Magnesium is dilating the Gallbladder? Or may be taxing the Liver to work harder?
Coming to Alkaline how would I know that I am deficient in Alkaline? What are the symptoms? And how to replace it?
Also if I am on a complete Sugar free diet I guess I should not be using apple juice as a softener or a dilator, am I right?
