Hi sug - I've realised I seemt o have a prblem with neurioprathy which may not be relate to injuries I've had (see my email above about paleo diet & neuropathy) - since you find Vit.B1 & B12 are helping you, you may like to check the info on specific forms of these vitamins http://www.realfoodnutrients.com/NEU
which are meant to remove the need for injectionis and are meant to have helped a lot of people with bad neuropathy (generally diabetic, but still... ). I'm desperate to avoid serious nerve damage withj ni know cause, so am thinking of trying these vitamins myself.
