Strictly speaking they are not stones, rather cholesterol plugs. Over time they develop calcified spikes, so it is important to eat some sour apples a few days before the flush. If not to clean'em out - the liver total calcification is the next stop and hello liver transplant! BTW, I never counted stones(plugs) I had, but weighted them. Every other time it was about 70-100 grams.
