Just wanted to say that re. eating banana after a flush - Julia Chang says that bananas are hard on the liver. I don't know if this is the view in Traditional Chinese Medicine or alternative medicine. I find bananas a little heavy but good as an energy snack. Make sure they are ripe (brown spots all over).
Pineapple sounds nice, but maybe a little sweet and again, heavy, for some. But a small portion mixed with other juice is probably ok.

Like Juniper says, experiment with what you like and find what is best for you.
