I can't help you there because I have not experienced anything like that. Do you have a sensitive stomach? If so, that's probably what it is. A probiotic (I think that's how it's spelled) might be good for you.

I remember reading a post from a guy who went out and ate a cheeseburger after his flush. The thought of that made me gag. I always want something very light---fruit and stuff.
