We've heard from a few other here about how their cholesterol tested lower after oil pulling, however there is the belief that these tests are fallacies perpetrated by the pharmaceutical companies to continue to sell drugs. There are many things on the internet regarding this.

That being said, I find it very significant that some of your symptoms disappeared after oil pulling. As they say "seeing is believing".

I think doctors are very valuable for testing purposes. We can then take those test results and find our own cures. But it takes work trying to figure out what is the best protocol for you. I think I can speak for the curezone community when they say...cleanse, cleanse, cleanse.


Clean the bowels
Clean the liver
Clean the kidneys
Cleanse for parasites

Start with this base, and your body will work to take care of the rest

And of course, if oil pulling seems to be working for you, then go with it throughout.
