Hello, FYI
I am still tired from the flush last night, as I didn't get a lot of sleep. I did it without the ornithine as did not have any in the house and I did not sleep well at all, with the ornithine it is much better. The Epsoms salts tasted much better with the grapefruit juice added to it. I took the oil and grapefruit mixture about 10:15 pm 1/2 cup olive oil and 1 cup grapefruit juice from 2 small grapefruit, it was delicious tasting as the grapefruit was very sweet and I was hungry at that point. Right after drinking the mixture I had to go to the bathroom for about 5 minutes, so could not lie down right away. I followed the position for lying down by John A on this forum, I was on my back for 40 mins then turned on my right for 10 mins, but I fell asleep in this position and did not awake until 3am, so at 3am I turned on my left side, but it was the most painful of all, as maybe I have a big stone that was trying to get out, so I barely stayed on this side for the 10 mins, then onto my back again. Anyway, from then on I was unable to sleep through the night as I just dozed and was waking up each 30 mins to 1 hrs from 3 until 7 when I got up to take the next dose.
In all I would say I had about 7 bowel movements since I took my 3rd dose of Epsoms at 7am, I think in the past I had more.
Total amount of stuff passed was about 100 to 150 little lumps, stones? floating on the water, mostly yellowish tan, or light green, and a lot of chaff. About 15 were very dark in colour and bigger than the rest the size of black beans or bigger covered in greenish tinge, the others were small and seedlike size of sesame seeds, some of these were black as well. Could the dark brown ones be stones?
