Hi Luap

I don't know how relevant to your wife's situation this is but I had tendonitis in my shoulder from an injury that would often cause my shoulder, neck and upper back to freeze up. I had to be very careful not to use that arm too much or sit at a computer for too long or sleep on that side or I would end up in a lot of pain. This I had had for 6 or 7 years and it had been getting worse. Since the moreless protocol I can sleep on that side, lift heavy things, work hard in the garden and stay at the computer as long as I want with no more pain.
