90% of all human beings have gallstones, most of them not even having symptoms. I'm not sure what you are talking about when you say a "swollen gallbladder." You may have one full of stones, which would make it a "heavy gallbladder." (Ha) You will feel so much better after completing a liver cleanse. I promise you that!!
