well, i used the Epsom Salts last night thurs,, i did the flush tues. night. i did get the bowel movements, but no stones. i think you are absolutely right. i waited a little over 2 weeks between flushes. next time i'll wait about a month.
excellent up take. IT'S A PROCESS!!!!!!!

p.s. the Epsom Salt worked exactly the same as the magnesium citrate.
