Let me tell you something about cholesterol.
a/it is not soluble in water and cannot be absorbed back into the bloodstream
b/it can be easily melted, Mp = 21 C (about 70 F)
There're many ways to melt it. I would recommend a sauna or hot bath. Even if it doesn't melt, it'll become softer.
You might consider to do it a few times to shape it up under heat, possibly break apart.
Activities such as jogging or aerobics for 30-40 min will also stimulate cracking this golf ball.
On the day of cleansing start to warm up your liver: about 2 pm place wool wrap around your body (old scarf, wool cloths) with hot water bottle over and wrap it up with some other cloths to save the heat. The area from the spine to the right up to solar plexus.
Change water to keep it hot, but please do not burn yourself.
Keep it as long as possible and take to the bed and next day, too.
If you see green oil coming out in the morning - 10:0!
I did the Liver Cleansing about 10 times over the 1 year, no side effects, so don't wary!
Just take your time to prepare.
Good luck!
Oleg
