I have the same situation as you but its improving for me because of cayenne pepper and pepper seeds. crush pepper seeds and add a tsp of cayenne pepper, add lemon juice to make a mixture of it. apply it on the head daily. i usally apply it at night and cover my head and in the morning wash it...its helping me
