hmmmmmmm, here i thought i was being good by cutting out dairy.........i miss my yogurt :)

but I forgot about grains........I only eat sprouted whole grains though and not much like a slice a day if that.

oh well.

no, i didn't pass any ropes........just DUMBO sized bowel movements very soft and shiny and sometimes in my urine it looked as if oil was floating at the top!

yes that's what the bottle said but i read some WEB directions that were different and went with those.......I stopped taking them yesterday and today due to the flush but will resume tomorrow.

I'm still popping out stones here and there like 10-20 at a time.......hubby is snoozing.....I have to wake him up at 10 for his oil.......he's flushing this evening in between naps LOL :)



mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, Baklava! I'm of middle eastern decent so I used to bake it! mmmmmmmm
