from my fingers to hand to elbow to shoulder..
The docs did dye testing & carpal tunnel testing..
found nothing.. went to my Chiro/ Kinesiologist
& he said it was LOW calcium & Vit C
& I am an O blood he said NO more Potatoes!

And withen 2 days awww felt so much better
