haha! That's my summertime diet! We eat like that every summer! It's too hot to cook, even to EAT! THAT makes it EASY!
Don't worry Sweetie, we all fall off the wagon...I was on a baklava binge earlier this week. I SURE don't want the rep of being "pure"... :D

Visible signs? Well, there are reports of people passing mucho mucoid plaque with this stuff. That's what I think those pellets were...I also took the reduction in appetite as a visible sign...

& do you mean that you wre taking 16 capsules A.M. & P.M. ? and 4 with meals? How many capsules a day, total? Cuz I only took one with each meal...& that's what the bottle says..

I think that with this supplement, your diet while taking it is VERY important. You're trying to break down old hardened mucus, so you really shouldn't eat mucus-forming foods. Why re-glue when you're trying to un-glue?
