It's ok, honey. everyone is different, perhaps I need it for an extended period of time but it's pretty expensive
my diet isn't as good as yours
and i thought mine was good! LOL
I do eat meat although not often like every 10 days
lot's of beans
sprouted grains
fruits and veggies
but every now and then i go off the bandwagon and I'm a little naughty on the weekends :( I've got to break that habit
no pellets for me more like going to the Circus and watching the elephants!! LOL eeeewwww

whats supposed to happen with the Okra Pepsin?? I know it cleans out your small intestine but what visible signs that it's working should I have??? I'm taking 16am 16pm and 4 with meals........ran out quickly!!
