so far so good
the only thing i notice is a slight cramp on my left side at night
and unusually large morning bowel movements

1/2 a bottle to go (out of 3) until I'm done.

I won't do it again

too expensive

i'll just take a teaspoon of Epsom Salts from now on for a month to accomplish the same thing.
