Yes, chin Acne is a sign of hormonal imbalance - that's why some people break out in their chin during their periods or times of stress. For others, the imbalance is constant, and is a sign the hormones need to be seriously balanced. I agree with white shark on what to do - exercising will also help, like yoga in particular.
