Hi. I bought it online from the lauricidin web site, Dr. Kabara's site to be exact. The directions say to start with a 1/4 capful and work up from there (it's in the directions). I worked up to 1 or 2 capfuls a day. I think the capfuls are teaspoons. If I was under stress or felt like I was coming down with something or a break out, I would take more. When I first got it and had questions, I would e-mail my questions to the web site and they would be answered very quickly. I wish you good luck with it. I do think its a great product, and I myself will go back to using it, but right now, my finances are tight. Good luck!!!
