Actually, you might want to try lying on your right side and pulling your right knee up to your chest, or as high as you can get it. Hold it for as long as you can, but you may experience your leg starting to go to sleep. If you do, you can relax the leg a little. I've had two VERY successful flushes and I've used this technique.
