I wouldn't be too concerned. Did you ever hear of that guy who eats metal? He has eaten a whole entire airplane. And more! (Not recommending that).
So I figure a little piece of metal in a pill is not a big deal. Sortof like swallowing a penny. (Less of a problem than frequent consumption of acetaminophen, anyway).

Not that I'm volunteering for anything!!!!!
