Did my second flush last nite,the Epsom Salts really went thru me,had a hard time sleeping,thought I might get a bad flush but got about 50 pea sized stones.Actually got bigger stones the first time.Am feeling a little discomfort but was able to eat more than I have been so this makes me glad.There is so much to learn about.For instance I just learned that I have to keep the "good fat" coming in.Or else there will be deficiency that could get serious.even though this has been a hard ordeal it may well prove to be a good thing as the health gets turned around with a much more proper diet.I am grateful for you guys & gals being here with your input & experiences.Keep up the good work.
